To maintain or increase the standards of the mobile home subdivision, harbor park marina. These include set and control speed limits on the streets and waterways, to set a high standard of cleanliness such as garbage service, establish a pest control program, and to elect officers and establish bylaws to effect and maintain the organization's purpose.
