Harbor Valley Yatch Club Inc

To encourage yacht building, and promote naval architecture, and education of naval sciences, and encourage yachting and other social recreation and to promote yachtmanship and good will amongst its members. And as a further purpose, the corporation is formed to stimulate an interest in yachting and seamanship and provide any information and instruction concerning the operation and navigation of various types of boats by providing an opportunity for those interested in yachting to do so on a cost basis with no profit to the corporation or any of its members; and to encourage and develop skills, navigation, mechanics and naval sciences amongst the members of the corporation.
