Artist advancement: hosted visual arts workship and development seminars for artists and arts organizations with average attendance of 25 personsl per session. Average attendance of 25 per session cultural council: regrants to artists and african-american visual artist's collective

Showcase projects: sponsored events with a combination of approximately 50 or more visual and performing artists and arts organizations through artz, rootz and rhythm. The organization presented the following: 1) harlem jazz and music festival 2) children's festival day 3) a great day in harlem. These events included performance, educational and technology programs. The programs featured multiple visual craft, service exhibitions and demonstrations.
