Harlem Renaissance Education Pipeline (HREP), a cradle to career collective impact coalition to improve educational outcomes for students in Central Harlem. This cross-sector collaborative facilitates important opportunities to lever age existing resources in the community for maximum impact for youth and their families. In partnership with community stakeholders, HREP identified 5 strategic initiatives: Racial Equity, College and Career Readiness, Parent Engagement, Digital Poverty, and 8th Grade Math.
