Harlenwood foundation supports charitable efforts that further the best interests of children, families, vulnerable populations, and the community at large. We do this by providing grants only as allowed under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Our time and efforts are, and will continue to be, 100% dedicated to this activity. The board of directors (board) has authorized the president to approve and issue grants of up to 10,000. When making these grants, the president is required to inform the board of such distributions in writing. Grants to any individual entity in excess of 10,000 per calendar year in aggregate require prior approval by the board. Grants and other expenditures made by the organization are restricted to only those items allowable under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. In year 2024, we have issued grants to non-profit organizations in the united states. In the future, we intend to continue making grants to support charitable efforts in the
