Harlingen Concert Association

The harlingen concert association was formed to build and maintain, througha non-profit plan, an ongoing concert audience in harlingen and itssurrounding area;to culivate in the citizens of harlingen and its surrounding area interestin the performing arts and to encourage the performance therein byqualified artists;to provide an opportunituy for the aforementioned citizens to see and hearartistic performances in the form of concerts and recitals, of which therewill be a minimum of three presented annually;and to foster and encourage public appreciation of music and the teachingof music and the teaching of music, history of music, and musicappreciation in the schools of harlingen and its surrounding area.
