Mission
Our goal is to provide services that prevent the harm associated with drug use in orange county. This includes preventing overdoses and decreasing the spread of diseases.

Client transportation program: hri covers transportation costs for our clients to go to and from other service providers, including substance use treatment, social services, and primary medical care.
Housing support program: hri's housing support program provides support to participants who are experiencing homelessness as they transition into housing. This includes providing hotel stays for people initiating medication-assisted treatment.
