The organization's mission is to raise funds for the operation of the Harmony Coast Aquaculture Institute for the purpose of leasing plots with the facility for outreach, conservation, education research and commercial aquacultural activities. Specifically, Public and private enterprises dedicated to rebuilding depleted populations of endangered marine species, Private commercial aquaculture with local, native and naturalized species, commercial growers that meet the highest environmental industry standards.
