Harmony Health Foundation

Harmony health's tennessee program improves oral health access for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by deploying point-of-care salivary diagnostics, health tools, and connected oral hygiene devices. We partner with state agencies and managed care organizations to identify disparities, develop prevention strategies, and inform policy. Activities include direct service delivery, provider and caregiver training, and statewide stakeholder engagement.

Harmony health works with florida's public university system and health policy partners to assess and address oral health disparities across the state. The program conducts research, needs assessments, and stakeholder engagement to identify barriers to care and develop statewide strategies. Results inform policy and program design to expand preventive oral health services in underserved communities.
