To provide young people and their families information and experiences with harness horses in order to foster the next generation of fans and participants.

Co sponsor day and summer camps for young people to obtain hands on experience with horses. Events are geared to provide intense learning opportunities about general horse care and specific differences between race and pleasure horses.

Distribute educational harness racing literature to organizations, individuals, trade shows and conferences. Develop, produce and distribute videos, booklets, and other printed literature about equine and harness racing careers.
