The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized include, but are not limited to: establishment and furtherance of the sport of lacrosse at hart high school ("hart") in the william s. Hart high school district ("district") in los angeles county, california, specifically, organized on behalf of and played by student athletes; to provide the means, ability and opportunities for lacrosse to be duly organized and funded so that it may be played by student athletes at hart; to provide funding for educational and public outreach opportunities for the sport of lacrosse in furtherance and on behalf of student athletes; and to carry on such other and further activities associated with these purposes as allowed and allowable by law (collectively, the ["purposes"])
