To foster and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the various phases of the hartselle city school's band program; to build support, including financial support, to the curricular and extra-curricular band programs at hartselle city schools; and to promote music education and learning opportunities for the citizens of hartselle, alabama and surrounding areas, and the students in the hartselle city schools.
