Each bedroom suite is themed honoring the history of the state of oklahoma, the mansion itself, and the gardens of the historic property. The primrose suite, redbud suite, dogwood suite, lilac suite, sycamore suite, and the magnolia suite. The suites allow us to achieve the objectives of the mission through themes that don't end with an event, but continues through overnight accommodations. Additionally, the suites are donated to area nonprofits as charity auction items and to support staff and teams when fundraisers and other events require late-night accommodations. Finally; the rooms are used as "green rooms," photoshoot backdrops, and mobile office space.
The venue is used to support the arts, culture, and programming of the mansion. Each venue rental includes a historic tour of the mansion and gardens to educate guests on tulsa's rich oil history and to share the mansion's archive and collections that tell the harwell family story and the details of the english tudor architecture. The mansion is listed on the national register of historic places and is considered by many to be the "downton abbey" of tulsa, oklahoma.
