The organization was founded to prevent teenage girls in the brooklyn orthodox jewish community who are displaying at-riskbehavior from dropping out of school and engaging in destructive behaviors. In order to do so, the organization assistswith therapy costs, provides training to educators in how to detect problematic behaviors, has a hot-line for people to call andwill assist in paying for tuition and/or camp fees at a suitable place when their is a financial need.in order to be able to provide assistance to the target audience, the organization will fundraise from members of the localcommunity and is additionally seeking grants from foundations and other organizations.
