The purpose of the corporation is exclusively for charitable or educational purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Purposes include but are not limited to, Promote good sportsmanship; Build strong and positive relationships between players, parents and coaches; Provide players with an educational opportunity to learn the sport of volleyball and compete within their level; Promote volleyball within the Hastings community and the volleyball community at large; Fundraise to offset costs and make improvements that will further the purpose of the organization.
