To provide HATC residents and clients with crucial services, including an annual scholarship, workforce development initiatives, and childhood development programming. We engage our elderly residents in social activities and an on-site Farmers Market, and have provided Health Screening for all communities. We collaborate with an array of local agencies to provide resources that improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency
