Climate Smart Commodities. The mission of the program is to: Accelerate the implementation of climate-smart practices centered on Hawaii-based producers and ancestral practitioners who are supported by advocacy, incentives, technical assistance, and market development. HFUU will support producers on Maui and Kauai.

Hana Community Kitchen - The Hana Chapter is the lead in the design and development of a community certified kitchen and ag processing facility in Hana.

The HFUU Legislative Committee participates collaboratively with the Policy Committee, coalitions, organizations, and agencies to articulate, promote and work to establish legislation and policies that align with the mission and vision of HFUU.
