Hhug's mission is to support and strengthen hawaii commercial maritime operations, working with partners including the state dot harbors division, the uscg, the hawaii pilots association, the community and government leaders. Hhug's vision is for a modern, efficient and effective commercial maritime industry, serving the needs of the people of hawaii.
