Partnership & Partner Support includes staff time to engage with other organizations and efforts aligned around social enterprise economic development and impact investing in Hawaii. Fiscal Sponsorship provides grant administration and expenditure responsibility to mission-aligned nonprofit and for-profit social enterprises in HIR's alumni and partner networks.
