To elevate critical issues, mobilize resources and drive solutions that support seniors ("kupuna") in hawaii. To develop and train kupuna support navigators as part of an innovative and sustainable workforce training program that builds the capacity of the collective's members statewide.

Coordinate statewide public education for youth and adults on effective tobacco control strategies, including e-cigarette dangers and tobacco tax, and protecting funding. Work to implement the state strategic plan and convene community meetings to build a strong tobacco-free network.

Provided professional development trainings and technical support to public health professionals on a wide array of public health issues. Provided training and logistical support to community health workers (chws) to increase the capacity of chws. Provided fiscal management services to public health agencies with aligned missions. Coordinated substance abuse prevention, healthy eating + active living, farm to school, oral health, kupuna and community health research efforts across the state. Co-convene stakeholders in food systems transformation in hawaii and provide initiative coordination with the project team and support areas where needed. Provide support for policy, systems, and environmental changes (pse) to demonstrate concrete and practical actions on how health disparities can be reduced through existing programs for groups at risk.
