Mission
HBCU 20x20 is the worlds largest network for HBCU and Black job seekers. We relentlessly pursue opportunities for others because when we all work together any and everything is possible. Born from the idea that students at HBCU Historically Black Colleges and Universities deserved the same job opportunities and career resources as those at Ivy League Institutions the company was founded as a social enterprise in 2017 with the goal of employing 20,000 HBCU students by year 2020. Since then we've grown exponentially to a quality over quantity approach with over 25,000 members. Today we own a recruiting platform to share opportunities with our more than 250 corporate partners. Our HBCU 20X20 Foundation serves students and alumni from all 105 HBCUs with professional development resources.
