The mission of hbcu week is to encourage high school aged youth to enroll into hbcus, provide scholarship dollars for matriculation and sustain a pipeline for employment from undergraduate school to corporate america.

Gala - in 2024, the foundation hosted its annual awards gala recognizing hbcu graduates who have made significant impact in their communities. Attendees of the event included government officials and other influential members of the local community. The event raised $110,523 in profits, all of which was reinvested into the foundations core operations.
Scholarship - the foundation administers several scholarships funded by donations from corporate partners and other organizations. The foundation creates applications, hosts an application platform, manages the application process and distributes funding all of the scholarships with the exception of future of(stem) scholars initiative.
