Hdlc

Hdlc's program for infants & toddlers emphasizes health and safety, cleanliness, proper nutrition and stimulation for learning readiness in the future. Babies experience their world through the senses - touching a soft blanket, sucking their fingers, watching a mobile move, mimicking their caregivers voice or listening to music. These experiences are the stepping stones of learning by shaping their understanding of cause and effect and spatial relations. During infancy, a child learns and grows more than at any other time of his/her life. There are four (4) classrooms with five (5) days of service, monday through friday from 6:30 am unitl 5:25 pm which are available 50 weeks each year. Hdlc's 2's program provides, a believes, a predictable routine each day allows children to excel in early learning. We provide a structured schedule that provides toddlers with the security they need to confidently explore their world. We strive to balance a structured learning with playtime. Hdlc focuses on the following areas: language development, creative expression, exploration, and music and movement for improving motor skills. Hdlc provides a nutritious morning and afternoon snack for preschool children (including toddlers). There is one (1) classroom with five (5) days of service, monday through friday, from 6:30 am until 5:25 pm, which are availaable 50 weeks each year. Hdlc's 3's & 4's program fills each day with excitement and activities such as: language arts, sciences, social studies, bible studies, number concepts, art, music, and indoor/outdoor play. Hdlc provides a nutritious morning and afternoon snack for preschool children (2, 3 & 4 year old classrooms). Hdlc also provides a secure and safe environment in which parents can bring their three (3) and four (4) year onld children to the school, using the same time schedules used for infants and toddlers. This provides parent with children aged in both groups a single place that will allow one stop to have their children in a safe location. Hdlc provides the children with a learning experience that helps them develop their academic skills, their social skills, and their physical skills to prepare them for the next school level. There is one (1) classroom with five (5) days of service, monday through friday, from 6:30 am until 5:25 pm, which are available 50 weeks each year.
