Free services were provided for 133 children and their families, 98% of whom were multi-language learners, speaking spanish in the home. Two new classrooms were opened at the dover site to serve 16 additional children. Through the early head start program, 100% of children served had an ongoing source of continuous, accessible health care and were on schedule with childhood vaccinations. Fully 100% of early head start teachers carry a child development associate (cda) credential.
