Head to Speech, Incorporated is a non-profit organization and shall be operated exclusivelyfor educational, scientific and charitable purposes for brain health, sports concussions and the effects on cognitive-communication skills within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
