Headwaters Relief Organization Incorporated

A total of 28,974 hours were donated by headwaters' volunteers in 2024. Out of which 20,368 hours were donated by general volunteers while, a total of 6,994 hours were donated, administratively to support headwaters operations in 2024. The value of these hours is $341,658. In addition, a total of 1,332 hours were donated by the board of directors in 2024. The value of these hours is $266,400. These values are based on the individuals who donated them, their backgrounds, and the reimnursement they would have received should they have performed a similar task for compensation. This provides an aggregate total of 8,326 hours donated with a combined value of $608,058 in 2024. This support allows the organization to be funded in a non-traditional way, thereby allowing all donations to go directly in service.
