Recovery support services: recovery support services means a broad range of non-clinical services that assist individuals and families to initiate, stabilize and maintain long-term recovery from substance use disorders/co- occurring disorders. Women accepted into the program are required to attend group sessions three nights a week from 6pm to 8pm. Class topics include but are not limited to: program of action - evidence based 12 step recovery class; seeking safety (trauma informed/care); codependency and spirituality. Participants also engage in events in the community. The primary goal is to help participants transition from a life of dependency and unhealthy activity to becoming spirit filled, community-minded, productive individuals who are giving back to their families and communities rather than taking from them.

Expenses: $75K

Next steps: this program started late 2023 and is a program that offers housing to participants who have commenced from the recovery program but have a desire to stay connected to the organization for continued support in transition to a lifestyle with less stucture and oversight. Residents continue to participate in spiritual and life skills training.

Expenses: $50K

Spiritual growth: the program also provides bible based spritirual growth classes (discipleship), activities, local church involvement. Another relational core component provided is mentorship. This relational component connects participants to a woman outside of the recovery community who provides support, guidance, wisdom and experience to help facilitate spiritual growth purposed to tap into the creative side of the brain. Mentors meet on a monthly basis with the resident.
