The Clinicians in the Margins program aims to provide direct educational and community-building support for therapist in our community who are BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA. The organization's Clinicians in the Margins program served a total of 63 clinicians who qualified for services. 41 BIPOC and LGBTQIA clinicians were served through specially-tailored support group programming. 22 BIPOC and LGBTQIA clinicians were equipped with a certificate in Brainspotting Phase I with an Emphasis on Intersectionality and Social Justice, through an intensive 3-day professional development training. This training equipped clinicians with advanced tools to treat their clients' symptoms of trauma and PTSD.

The aim of the Competency in the Margins program is to reduce harm and increase competency in areas of mental health for those who are BIPOC and LGBTQIA in our community. 35 plus individuals were served through the organization's Competency in the Margins program. Healing in the Margins became an accredited Continuing Education provider through the National Board of Certified Counselors in 2024, enabling the organization to expand its impact in Competency trainings. Program service highlights included a training on Social and Cultural Foundations for counselors, BIPOC and LGBTQIA Foundations and Ethics in Counseling, and specialized offerings for Corporate ERG's including Latinx Pride and a program focused on Empowering Allies.
