Clinical Training Program - In response to the ongoing behavioral health workforce shortage, The Healing Station launched a Clinical Training Program designed to support the development of emerging mental health professionals. As part of this initiative, THS covered all supervision-related expenses, offering hands-on training through direct client counseling, and preparing participants for state licensure exams. This comprehensive approach not only enhanced access to care but also supported professional growth and licensure progress. In 2024, both program participants advanced to the next stage in their professional development, meeting key milestones toward fulfilling licensure requirements.
