Health bridges international, inc. (hbi)is dedicated to a world where every child, youth, and young adult has access to health, hope, home, & purpose. We build evidence-based models to protect vulnerable children & families.
Programs

The center of excellence model provides the framework for shifting out-of-patental care environments to better outcomes for all children. It is a training program to create an environment where child welfare providers build better connections, enhance more secure attachment, and develop healing relationships, programs must create safe, nurturing experiences for providers and children.
Comunidad girasoles works with youth and young adults transitioning out of orphanages and residential care centers, including casa girasoles homes.the community ensures continuity within the residential programs and provides support for young adults as they learn to be self-reliant and independent.the program provides access to a career counselor, scholarships, transitional support from a social worker, and an emergency support fund to help former youth and young adults with medical, legal, and household challenges.
