Health Quality Forum Ohio

Health quality forum was formed for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes associated with improving the quality of health care in ohio's communities and improving the healthcare of residents. Hqf was established by health action council to focus employer efforts and engage other stakeholders - health plans, physicians, hospitals, the pharmaceutical industry - to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare, resulting in enhanced population health.
