Healthcare Innovations Network Inc. [Creekside-STRTP] is a not- for-profit organization formed to meet the needs of adolescent youth exhibiting behaviors requiring intensive gender specific therapeutic interventions and enhanced family support systems. Healthcare Innovations plans to operate as a Short Term Therapeutic Residential Program [STRTP] with integrated mental health services and specialized intensive care for adolescent youth and their families. We provide a myriad of stabilizing treatments and transitional assistance for youth and their families designed to stabilize restore and mend the fractured family system; in an effort to facilitate successful remediation of presenting problems and conditions and transition to a family-based level of care.
