Hki created healthe perceptions, a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to addressing social-emotional wellness in middle schools. It focuses on prevention & education, screening & making connections to care. When needed, the foundation seeds qualified mental health professionals within the district & works to implement a medicaid reimbursement model. 2,429 students participated in the curriculum during the school year.
