Organizational updates :we brought on clinical director and clinical operations coordinator roles. We added two more board members. Through the establishment of stronger grant operations we diversified our grant income from one funder to seven as well as strengthened our system to enhance our fundraising for future years.

Fundraising and financial accomplishments: on the last day of 2024 our nonprofit purchased the building we were previously renting. This was a decision as to not have to relocate, to have our nonprofit increase its assets, and be able to extend some income generation through renting to other clinicians who offer holistic and accessible care. This was the first year that we accepted commercial and medicare insurance which allowed for almost double in service revenue making our organization much more sustainable long-term.
