Programs

4 programs

The healthy minds program offers custom content and consulting to corporate, educational, and research clients through mobile measures of well-being, a suite of tools implemented on a mobile device that measure the four key constituents of well-being, based on a comprehensive neuroscientifically grounded framework: awareness, connection, insight, and purpose. The healthy minds program app is also available freely worldwide to individuals to teach and measure the skills of mental well-being.during this period, hmi also maintained the healthy minds research platform, a mobile-friendly web platform that delivers personalized activities and validated measures tailored to an individual's needs. The platform is designed to intake rich datasets - including facial expression, vocal utterances, and geographical location - to deliver the right intervention to the right person at the right time. This new web-based platform can be used for conducting research, teaching and measuring skills of well-being, and is designed to be more flexible and accessible to more people. The platform also allows for easier tailoring of services and can be set up to provide a personalized experience, designed to increase engagement and impact. In addition, the platform is simpler and more efficient to maintain.

The healthy minds direct-to-consumer (d2c) program brings the science of emotional well-being directly to individuals through accessible, research-based digital experiences. A central part of this effort is the emotional styles quiz (esq), a free online tool that introduces people to their unique "emotional style" across six dimensions of well-being: resilience, outlook, social intuition, self-awareness, sensitivity to context, and attention. Since its initial launch, more than 24,000 people have taken the quiz to better understand their emotional strengths and areas for growth.in 2024, healthy minds innovations (hmi) conducted extensive user research and testing to improve the esq experience, focusing on clearer question design, an inviting welcome experience, more meaningful results visualizations, and smoother technical performance. The upcoming december 2025 release will feature a fully rebranded user interface, expanded personalization, and seamless integration with the new healthy minds website. The redesigned esq will continue to be offered free of charge as a key entry point to the healthy minds ecosystem, helping to expand access to well-being science for audiences worldwide.in addition to the quiz, hmi also launched a new online course for managers, trust starts with you: the skill of self-awareness, which introduces self-awareness as a core leadership skill for building trust and fostering team well-being. Grounded in the acip framework (awareness, connection, insight, and purpose), the course teaches managers how to stay grounded and respond skillfully under pressure through a short, science-based curriculum including a teaching video, guided practice, and everyday strategies. Together, these offerings extend hmi's mission to translate the science of well-being into scalable, evidence-based tools that empower individuals and leaders to cultivate healthier minds and communities.
