Heart2heart's vision is to provide hope, share love, and restore purpose to the aging population by mobilizing volunteers to c.a.r.e. For seniors. In 2021 we announced and released new programs that were birthed from the pivot we made through the pandemic. Heart2heart is growing and is therefore more diverse in how we care for the seniors in our community. Heart2heart maintains its flagship to train, and mobilize volunteers recruited through churches to go and visit seniors in care-centers who would other wise be isolated. Heart2heart is also providing ipads and ipad connections in care-centers, providing respite care for seniors who live alone as a licensed ahca agency, and delivering meals to seniors who are isolated and live alone in the community.
