Heartbeat's medical impact team provides pregnancy help medical clinics with training and resources in order to serve their communities effectively. They also oversee the abortion pill rescue network (aprn), a network of healthcare providers that work with women seeking to reverse the effects of the first abortion pill the support needed to provide the reversal protocol and try to save their pregnancies.

Option line is the only fully staffed, bilingual pro-life contact center in the u.s. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Everyday, more than 1,100 people reach out to option line via phone call, live chat, texting and email for help. Contacts are made via the website (optionline.org) and hotline number (1-800-712-help), and clients are connected to pregnancy help organizations in the united states and canada.

Affiliate/provider services: heartbeat coordinates direct services to more than 2800 u.s. And international affiliates including email and phone consultations, on-site and organizational assessments, and digital training for individuals and organizations. We also provide training manuals, website design, clinical management software and hosting to current and start up pregnancy help organizations.
