Heartland Community Farms

Our organization teams up with families and other local organizations to help fight juvenile mental illness. We provide a safe space and use equine assisted learning to help kids find hope, purpose and leave encouraged. Our goal is that every child would know the love of Jesus. Our services are free of charge to all families in need. We rely on donations from members in our community.
