Education and promotion of animal welfare issues. Advises and collaborates with rescue groups across the country and furnishes audio/visual materials, handouts, and posters for anti-puppy mill efforts; hosts youth groups regionally for education concerning animal care and overpopulation.

The spay/neuter clinic. Operates a low-cost spay/neuter clinic for the general public and provides free veterinary services for the pets of needy people on clinic days.
