Helen May Larson Charitable Trust

For the purposes of form 990, the organization will refer to frost bank, the institutional trustee of this charitable trust. The trustee carries out the intent and directions provided in the governing documents of the trust. The grantor of this trust intended that it shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of cancer therapy with ut health (an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code) under the official record dated 7/27/1998.
