Helena Police Protective Association

This association is a non-profit association comprised of members. Hppas purpose is to combine its members to protect or promote their interests by bargaining collectively with their employers to secure better working conditions, wages, and similar benefits. The association is not organized to, and shall not be operated to, create earnings which inure to the benefits of any members.
