Help On The Way

Day habilitation service - provide habilitation services to idd with the goal of providing the training and support necessary to help each individual achieve their maximum level of autonomy and empowerment in a community base experience. During fiscal 2024, help on the way, inc., provided 15,650 units of day habilitation service.

Community habilitation - provide one-to-one or group services to idd in the individual's home or community setting to develop the skills needed to live more independently. Services may include supports such as personal care, community inclusion, money management and more. During fiscal 2024, help on the way, inc., provided 27,121 units of community habilitation service.
