Mission

Inspires hope for people who have been convicted of a felony by mentoring and providing support and resources to find and sustain employment. This allows members to become financially stable and contributing members of our society.

Programs

2 programs

Provide transportation to job sites in cases where public transportation is lacking. Assist with purchase of cars, gas, repairs, fees, insurance and reinstatement fees for members. Bus tokens are provided for members on bus lines who do not qualify for a car or who have driver's license issues. There were 65 daily van riders and 13 new independent drivers during the year.

Expenses: $219K

Provide education/training opportunities to members by offering a stage type of program. This program provides workshops/classes for skills, trade training or helps pay for tuition for training programs offered by third parties. During the year, 31 individuals achieved employment readiness, 27 completed financial management, and 4 completed workplace safety.
