HPRO is organized solely for charitable and religious purposes within the meaning of § 501 c 3 of the US Internal Revenue Code US IRC & for charitable purposes within the meaning of § 1101.01 a of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code of 2011 PR IRC. It will engage in activities permissible under § 501 c 3 of the US IRC & under § 1101.01 a of the PR IRC, including: Provide goods & services, as well as coordinate & execute activities to meet physical & emotional necessities & to satisfy basic needs & improve the quality of life of needing orphans & foster children under 21 years of age 21 & of elderly adults of 60 or more years of age 60
