Job exploration focuses on providing children with job readiness, job coaching, transportation training. Life planning focuses on providing children with guardianship support, connection to adult agencies/services, supported employment, post secondary education. In-home training focuses on providing children with independent living skills in the home and the community, behavior intervention/modification, communication systems and support. Sibshop focuses on providing children with support group for siblings, educational resources for parents and professionals and strategies on how to cope.
