The exclusive purpose is charitable, educational and scientific to provide assistance to the poor and needy, including victims of government- designated disasters; to provide grant-making to public charities that are described in sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1), (2), or (3) of the internal revenue code that engage in charitable, educational, or scientific activities and to provide support services to publiuc charities that engage in charitable, educational or scientific activities.
