Race expenses include purses of $115562. Other necessary expenses to have harness horse races at our fair are fees for the starting gate, photo finish, announcer and judges, race programs, trophies, permits and fees. The harness horse racing is an instrumental part of promoting agriculture and is also wholesome entertainment. Revenues received from the state of ohio specifically for the races were $8511. Entry fees, speed fees and other items of revenue were $18363. Ohha provided an additional $105906 support. General admissions are non-allocable.

Property expenses include electrician expenses for the fair, gate workers, pest control, security services, computer services, restrooms and grounds cleaning services, trash hauling services,sound system services, real estate taxes and tree work services. These are necessary expenses to operate the henry county fair. There is no allocabe income for our property expenses.
