Eleversity partners with businesses and organizations in new york state and across the country to elevate workforce skills. Eleversity works with stakeholders to educate and train using up-to-date industry content and customized learning materials, share experiences through discussions, improve efficiencies and increase proficiency and professionalism.

Other program services include: children's health home as a care management agency, heritage christian services has contracted with the children's health home of upstate new york to provide comprehensive care management in central and western new york. This community-based care management service model is family driven and youth guided. With this model, all of a child's caregivers and providers communicate with one another so that all social, academic, physical and behavioral needs are addressed in a comprehensive manner.human services training this project is a free, statewide training program in partnership with the new york state office for people with developmental disabilities to educate direct support professionals, job developers, job coaches and managers of employment opportunities as they support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to fully participate in their communities through employment.
