Mission
The museum promotes the rich historical and cultural heritage of the community by collecting, preserving, and exhibiting articles of significance to the history of the county and performs numerous community events.

Scholarship Program - Three students received scholarships to assist with their degrees .
Gift Shop - The HMMC gift shop is the recipient of beautifully handcrafted items donated by local volunteers. These items, along with items purchased for resale, are sold in the gift shop with proceeds supporting the museums programming activities.
