Snf - hcp works directly with the youth and also develops mentors who help the youth build confidence and self-esteem, equipping them with skills to make positive life choices. Through structured training that includes discussions, physical training, and realistic scenarios, participants gain the courage and self-assurance needed to stay on a constructive path and resist negative influences. Hcp encourages unity through mutual respect and appreciation, working to address local issues and build a stronger, more connected community.
